Our App is the first in healthcare for staff to report and resolve any operational issue that delays them (e.g. faulty IT, broken equipment, missing stock, estates issues), leading to staff time saved, fewer operations cancelled and better patient care. Our main customers are healthcare suppliers; medical device companies with billions in revenue and global facilities management companies. MediShout is entering an exciting growth phase and seeking a Senior Clinical Implementation Manager to drive our value creation and commercial growth, by leading the delivery of new projects and pilots when we onboard new hospitals and healthcare suppliers. You will deliver MediShout's solutions in hospitals and healthcare supplier environments, for pilots and early-stage projects. You will map out existing operational challenges, collaborate with our Product Team to design solutions, and ensure smooth digital adoption and behaviour change at hospital sites. You will need to work with the team to collect impact data and perform evaluation research to calculate our return-on-investment to customers.You will need to liaise with senior stakeholders working in both hospitals and healthcare suppliers, to achieve your ultimate goal of driving successful project outcomes, which help convert projects into full-scale implementations nationally and internationally.This role is particularly suited to individuals who have previously worked in operating theatres, or in roles involving surgical loan kits and workflows, and who can bring a commercial mindset to operational delivery. Experience working in the medical device industry, especially in roles that interact with both clinicians, suppliers and procurement, is highly valued. A background in digital healthcare or working with health tech platforms is a strong advantage.As you succeed in your role, you will be given opportunities to enhance the company's reputation and presence by presenting at conferences, managing relationships with senior hospital stakeholders and by leading on partnership opportunities.This role will require regular travel to hospital sites across Southern England, and abroad as the company grows. This role combines skills of digital transformation and sales strategy to expand MediShout's presence within the healthcare sector in the UK and abroad. It is ideal for someone looking to combine their clinical or operational experience with digital innovation and business development.Your ResponsibilitiesProblem MappingMeetings: lead meetings with hospital and supplier stakeholders to understand their challenges, pain points and business needsWorkshops: deep dive into customers' current workflows to identify bottlenecks and pain-points. Seek opportunities for where MediShout can lead to improvement. Create stakeholder mapsPitching: whilst engaging our customers, be able to continually pitch our solution in order to win their hearts and minds, through ad hoc pitches or planned presentationsRelationships: build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers; including hospital staff, supplier territory managers, national managers or C-suitesClinical Insight: draw on your first-hand experience in surgical or theatre environments to understand context quickly and speak the language of front-line staffSolution CreationSolution Mapping: take the knowledge you learn about customers, liaise with our Product Team and create a visual map of of how our technology can improve existing workflowSolution Design: collaborate with the Product Team to decide how our product can be customised to address the customers' challenges, and ensure wins for all stakeholders in the value chainSolution Presentation: create presentations, app demos, wireframes, technical schematics or marketing materials that summarise our proposed solution to customers to get their approvalStakeholder Management: ensure stakeholders are satisfied with the product and plans for data collection. Answer technical or commercial queries from customers that ariseCommercial Awareness: understand and communicate the commercial impact of digital changes to both clinical and supplier stakeholdersTechnology ImplementationDeployment: lead the deployment of MediShout's technology in hospitals, ensuring smooth adoption and a positive customer experience. Ensure all end-users are appropriately trainedProject Management: ensure timely delivery of implementations with appropriate project documentation. Liaise with colleagues to ensure we comply with contractual obligationsStakeholder Management: navigate the organisational hierarchy of the customer to identify the right people to achieve implementation goals. Critically, must get into diaries of key stakeholdersInfluence: build excellent client relationships and influence stakeholders from all levels including C-Suite, senior clinical staff and key decision makersPresentations: continually create high quality proposals and deliver excellent product demonstrations as projects evolve or new stakeholders appearExpectation Management: be wary of scope creep within projects and respectfully push back on unrealistic expectationsTheatre-Ready: understand the nuances of theatre environmentsEvaluation & ScalingData Collection: collect appropriate data before and after the solution is implementedData Analysis: evaluate the return-on-investment for client implementations, producing reports and publishing data in peer-reviewed journals to evidence the success of pilotsScale: ensure pilots are so successful that customers want to rapidly scale our technology to more sites nationally, and internationallyBusiness Plan: convert the project and pilot data into a Business Plan which outlines to our customer why they should scale up our platformClose Deals: work with the BD team to present the Business Plan to customers to agree scale-up contracts. Address any concerns or objections, and help negotiate features, price points, timescalesCommercial Focus: demonstrate an ability to frame ROI and business case rationale in a way that appeals to both Hospital and supplier-side procurement stakeholdersCompany StrategyNew Opportunities: support the company's commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnership opportunities or grant applicationsPipeline Building: support BD team with pipeline building, as a natural byproduct of your job. Your network will grow from meeting new clients, attending conferences, developing partnerships etcConferences and Networking: represent MediShout on national and international levels at conference and networking events, particularly in place of the founders where requiredInformation Governance: ability to support our IG processesIndustry Insight: bring market awareness from your past experience in commercial, supplier, or digital roles to inform decisionsRequirementsDigital Experience: minimum 2 years experience in digital transformation, leading on digital solution implementation, and supporting growth in start-ups or technology companiesHealthcare Experience: minimum 2 years' experience working in operating theatres, with surgical loan kits, or in medical device companiesCommercial Experience (Preferred): experience in sales, account management, commercial partnerships, or working with supplier stakeholders in a healthcare settingPublications: evidence of writing up reports, academic research and scientific papers, which have been published online or in peer-reviewed journalsProduct Knowledge: ability to rapidly obtain deep knowledge of our products so you can pitch solutions to clients, and communicate seamlessly with our internal product managers and developersIndustry Knowledge: understand how hospitals and suppliers work individually and together. Deep understanding of the digital health industry plus experience working within itCommunication: excellent communication skills to articulate the value of our platform, influence decision-makers, and get rapid adoption of our platform through user behavioural changePresenting: excellent at making slide decks and delivering customer presentations to all levels including C-suite.
