From September 2025 - subject to satisfactory clearance checks The Governors are seeking to appoint experienced and highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistants who wants to make a positive contribution for our children, to join our friendly and supportive team working across EYFS and KS1. The successful candidate will have HLTA status or equivalent, experience of working with children and will demonstrate a commitment to improving children’s learning experiences. An enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) clearance is required for this role. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children's Barring List Check. If you are barred from working with children you are breaking the law if you apply for this post. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role. Location: St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School, Coleman Street, Whitmore Reans, Wolverhampton, WV6 0RH Hours: 32 hours per week, Term Time plus INSET days Grade: Grade 5, £29,093 - £32,652 actual pro-rata salary £21,532 - £25,254 p.a.
