Commercial Director Location: London, UK | Global travel required Reporting to: Managing Director Brand: The Diamond Factory The Role The Commercial Director is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for driving global revenue and commercial performance across The Diamond Factory. This role owns the end-to-end commercial strategy across e-commerce and international retail, with accountability for P&L, product strategy, pricing, and margin delivery. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, operating across multiple markets including Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Dubai. Key Responsibilities Global Revenue & P&L Ownership Full ownership of global commercial P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share Define and execute an integrated omnichannel strategy across e-commerce and retail Lead e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue Oversee the performance of international retail locations, ensuring consistent brand and sales delivery Product, Pricing & Margin Own the commercial product strategy in partnership with design and manufacturing Lead pricing strategy to optimise margin while remaining competitive Drive inventory efficiency, turnover, and margin realisation Oversee forecasting, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop senior teams across e-commerce, retail, and merchandise Act as the key commercial partner to Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Manufacturing Build a high-performance, KPI-driven commercial culture International Growth Identify growth opportunities across global markets through customer and competitor insight Ensure localisation of product, pricing, and customer experience by region About You 10 years’ senior commercial leadership experience Proven success driving revenue and profit growth in an omnichannel retail business Strong e-commerce and digital trading expertise Experience managing international, multi-territory retail operations Excellent financial and P&L management capability Confident leader with strong stakeholder influence and communication skills Desirable Experience in luxury, jewellery, or premium consumer goods Background in vertically integrated businesses Comfortable with international travel Why Join Us Join a leading name in the diamond jewellery industry at a key growth stage Collaborative, fast-paced environment Competitive salary and benefits Strong opportunities for career progression Comprehensive medical insurance Birthday Special Leave to celebrate your day Build something meaningful and shape the future of our product
