Experience required…
Essential:
6. UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
7. The desire to be actively involved in the business development of clients, and the identification, recruitment and interviewing of technical people
8. Strong time management, people management and organisational skills
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills with multiple stakeholders
10. A professional approach amongst peers and colleagues
11. Ambition to develop management and business development skills
12. Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
Desirable:
13. Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control
14. Previous experience of client engagement and development of business relationships
15. Commercial awareness, understanding of costs, finance and market trends
16. A strong professional network within the industry
17. Experience in attending networking events and industry related conferences
18. Experience within the Highways and Transportation sectors in either a UK consultancy, transport authority or local authority HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
19. I.Eng or C.Eng
