Fitting Supervisor

The Fitting Supervisor will report to the Head of Production and have dotted‑line responsibility to the Operations Director. Their duties include controlling all fitting activities (fit‑out and quality checks) and any other tasks directed by the Line Manager or SLG member.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Daily management of the fit‑out department, ensuring workflow and productivity requirements are achieved.
* Manage departmental resources and consumable stock.
* Oversee and support the factory fit‑out team, liaising daily with other departmental supervisors and managers.
* Maintain company procedures and documentation.
* Ensure adherence to company procedures, particularly health and safety policies.
Who We Are Looking For
* No formal qualification required; a materials handling licence is essential.
* Recognised industrial training is advantageous.
* Willingness to learn new skills as technology and machinery evolve.
* Ability to work unsupervised and maintain a tidy work environment.
* Excellent team leadership abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to undergo internal or external training as directed.
