RECfinancial are currently shortlisting for this Leicestershire based Practice as it looks to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator on a permanent basis. This well known business has a strong reputation within it's field and looks to strengthen its team.\n Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you'll play an integral part of ensuring all areas of payroll are compliant with HMRC, pensions and ultimately correct payments.\n \n What will your role as Payroll Administrator involve?\n\nOrganize and prioritize your workload, maintaining an up-to-date task list.\nProcess payroll adhering to both weekly and monthly schedules.\nVerify accuracy of PAYE, NI, and pension deductions; ensure compliance with RTI and auto-enrolment regulations.\nHandle client communications, including payroll reports and compliance submissions.\nManage PAYE and pension payments, and register relevant schemes.\nAddress all areas of Payroll queries in a professional manner.What do we require as the Payroll Administrator?\n\nStrong technical knowledge of payroll, including calculations, PAYE/NI thresholds and pension schemes.\nExperience with systems such as Sage or Xero would be advantageous\nCIS returns are a bonus but not essential\nAbility to assist and mentor team members and cover for the Payroll Manager as needed.\nEffective communication with management and maintain confidentiality is essential.What's on offer for the Payroll Administrator?\n\n£28000 - £33000 DOE\nHybrid working 3 office / 2 home (after probation)\n32 days holiday \nPension\nCareer progressionFor further information on this fabulous opportunity, please call Neil on (phone number removed) or email (url removed) \n Please note we are unable to accept applications from candidates without UK experience and the need for sponsorship.\n\nINDREC
