Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or Catering Manager
* A passion for food, leadership, and delivering great guest experiences
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence in managing compliance, audits, and kitchen KPIs
* A collaborative mindset and a drive to champion change and innovation
