Thisisahands-onwarehouseleadershippositionresponsibleforday-to-daywarehouseadministration,operationalperformance,complianceandteammanagement.TheroleincludesresponsibilityforCustomsETSFoperations,containerhandling,Health&Safety,andcontinuousimprovementacrosstwowarehousesites.
KeyResponsibilities
WarehouseOperations
Lead,superviseandcoordinatedailywarehouseactivities(inbound/outbound)
Managedevanning,palletising,storage,stockmovement,andorderfulfilment
OverseeETSFcustoms-controlledoperations,ensuringcorrectprocessflowanddocumentation
Maintainefficientworkflowswhilemanagingpeakvolumesandtightdeadlines
TeamLeadership&Management
Managewarehouseoperatives(teamof15),includingrotas,taskassignment,trainingandperformancereviews
Supportrecruitmentandonboardingofnewwarehousestaff
Maintainahigh-performanceculturealignedwithcompanyvalues
Compliance&H&S
EnsurefullcompliancewithHMRCETSFregulationsandoffloadingpermissions
