Do you have the expertise, organisation, and client-focused approach to manage residential property transactions smoothly from instruction to completion? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking a proactive and experienced Residential Conveyancer to manage a varied residential property caseload and deliver an excellent client experience.
As part of our growing residential property team, you’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues to progress transactions efficiently and effectively. From handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and mortgage brokers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality conveyancing service and supporting the continued growth of the department.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office within our Pembrokeshire to Gloucestershire network, for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion, with support from a collaborative team.
* Handling a broad range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Delivering a smooth and efficient conveyancing process while providing an excellent service to clients throughout their transaction.
* Working closely with colleagues to maintain an organised, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and local professionals such as estate agents and mortgage brokers.
* Contributing to the continued growth of the department through networking and developing new business opportunities locally.
Requirements
* A qualified conveyancer confident managing their own residential property caseload from instruction to completion.
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential conveyancing matters.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet key deadlines.
* Comfortable working in a modern, paperless and technology‑driven environment.
* Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client service and attention to detail.
* A proactive team player who can work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
