If yes, then this Behaviour Mentor role is for you The Role – Behaviour Mentor Seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 7–17 in a specialist school setting. The role involves working 1:1 and with small groups to help pupils manage emotions, regulate behaviour and re-engage with learning. You will deliver targeted interventions, support pupils during transitions and moments of dysregulation, model positive behaviour and work closely with teachers to promote consistency across the school day. The ideal candidate will be calm, resilient and skilled at building trusting relationships to help pupils thrive academically and socially.
