Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer Role:
* Offering consultative guidance on building automation and HVAC systems to engineers, contractors, and building owners.
* Preparing estimates for control system hardware and installation based on project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
* Collaborating closely with engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth project execution.
* Leading industry presentations and educational seminars to inform and influence consultants, contractors, and building professionals.
* Partnering with clients to define scope and pricing for service agreements, system upgrades, tenant fit-outs, and training initiatives.
Service Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative / Building Systems Engineer Requirements:
* Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management capabilities
* Highly self-driven with the ability to operate independently without supervision
* Competitive mindset with a strong drive to succeed
* Reliable and dedicated work ethic
* Familiarity with HVAC DDC control concepts, applications, and mechanical systems
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience
* Background in HVAC, mechanical systems, and/or building automation
* Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
* Preferably resides in the Atlanta Metro area or nearby regions.
