Be the first point of contact - answering calls and emails with professionalism and warmth.
Keep things running smoothly with general admin tasks like data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Support meetings and events with coordination and scheduling.
Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding any queries they have.
Manage office supplies and ensure everything is stocked and ready.
Collaborate with colleagues to support exciting projects and contribute to team success.

Previous experience in administration.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Confident using IT systems and software.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
