Summary:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Data Quality Officer at the University Health Service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and a dedication to providing outstanding service to colleagues and patients. A passion for addressing the needs of our student population is essential.
As a key member of the Data Quality Team, your responsibilities will include coding clinical and administrative data into electronic patient records. Strong communication and customer service skills are vital, as you will engage with patients via phone, email, or text to schedule medical reviews. You will also serve as an IT Champion, supporting colleagues with hardware and software challenges.

The University Health Service operates as an NHS GP practice, serving the health needs of The University of Sheffield students and their dependents. Our team includes GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and other professionals.
