About the Role:
1. 1:1 classroom support
2. Supporting with communication, emotional regulation, and focus in class
3. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
4. Creating a calm and structured environment to help the pupil thrive
5. Full-time role (Monday to Friday, school hours)
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. Experience working with children with Autism (ASD), ideally in a primary school setting
7. A calm, consistent, and nurturing approach
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to build trust and positive relationships with children and staff
10. Knowledge of visual timetables, sensory strategies, and EHCP targets is a plus
