Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic Required in Coulsdon for Car Dealership
1. Pay: £40,100 basic | £45,750 OTE based on time saved and team profit
2. Hours: Full-time | 45 hours per week, including weekends on a rota basis

Duties:
9. Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including diagnostics, warranty repairs, and general repairs
10. Perform vehicle health checks, oils, cambelts, and other mechanical work supported by digital job records
11. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations
12. Utilise electronic systems for accurate write-ups and completion of job cards
13. Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction during every appointment
Requirements:
14. Recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent) in vehicle repair and maintenance
15. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic, with a proven track record in both warranty and service work
16. Strong teamwork skills and a keen eye for detail
17. MOT licence is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right individual
18. Eager to develop your technical skills and progress within the industry through manufacturer accreditation and training
