The Role - SEMH Outreach Teacher
1. Working as an SEMH Outreach Teacher supporting students during the 6-day post-exclusion period
2. Delivering 1:1 tuition in home or community settings across West Drayton
3. Acting as a pastoral mentor and behaviour mentor to support emotional regulation
4. Managing a caseload as an SEMH Outreach Teacher, tracking progress and engagement
5. Supporting a smooth transition back into education within the West Drayton PRU setting
6. Building strong relationships with students, families, and the school
