Duties of the role will include (but not limited to):
* Contacting tenants via email or telephone to bookInventory, property visits andcheck out appointments which are carried out by our Property Inspection Clerks.
* Liaising with the local offices to confirm move in dates.
* Creating new property records within bespoke software, ready for our clerks to complete their reports.
* To be the main point of contact for tenants to confirmtheir property visits and check outs.
* Distributing property visit reports to the landlord, highlighting any issues identified by the inventory clerks.
* Processing the release of the deposit upon successful negotiations by the inventory clerks.
* Contacting let only tenancy parties where we hold the deposit for final confirmations.
* Provide direct admin support to the Senior Inventory Clerks and the team
* Manage DocuSign, the digital platform to process landlord/ tenant renewal related paperwork
Requirements
Essential:
* Previous or current experience within residential lettings is essential.
* A proactive ‘can do’ attitude and approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
* Personable and wants to be ateam player.
* An eye forvery strong attention to detail is of paramount importance.
* IT proficient, familiar with MS Office packages and able to grasp ‘cutting edge’ technology quickly
About the role:
* Opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days a week after successfully completing initial probation.
* Based office will be Head Office in Boreham, Chelmsford.
Salary & Benefits
Full-time basic salary circa £25,000 - £26,000per annumdepending on relevant previous industryexperience. Salary to be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, based on working part-time, 3 or 4 full days.

Hours of work
3/4 days per week, Monday to Friday -8.30am to 5.30pm (no weekends).
