The role In this varied, fast‑paced role, you'll support Client Development, Business Development and Bids - enhancing client experience, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to work‑winning bids. From supporting pitches and producing marketing materials to maintaining accurate data and enabling efficient collaboration across the firm, you'll play a key part in delivering our 2030 strategy and beyond. The activities Support bid and proposal activity, including drafting content, managing tender portals and maintaining bid materials. Deliver business development support by preparing marketing materials, updating BD systems, researching target clients & markets, and helping coordinate events. Contribute to client development and client experience programmes through data management, meeting coordination and process support. Assist with key people‑focused processes such as secondments and lateral onboarding, ensuring smooth coordination and tracking. Provide general team and administrative support, maintaining accurate records, producing reports and ensuring adherence to quality and brand standards. The person We're seeking someone with strong written English, excellent attention to detail and confident proof‑reading skills. You'll be highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities and work well under pressure. A clear, confident communicator, you'll feel comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams, and confident using AI tools such as Copilot, with an interest in how technology can improve efficiency and results. You'll also be able to research, analyse data and present your findings clearly. Above all, you'll bring professionalism, proactiveness and a positive, collaborative approach.
