About Us:
247 CCTV Security is a trusted provider of security solutions, specializing in CCTV systems, door access control, and burglar alarm installations. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Installation Engineer to join us.
The Role:
As an Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing:
* CCTV systems (IP & analogue)
* Door access control systems
You will work across a variety of commercial and residential sites, ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Installing and configuring security systems
* Conducting site surveys and advising on security solutions
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults
* Providing excellent customer service and support
* Ensuring work is completed to industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in CCTV, door access, and alarm installations and maintenance
* Knowledge of various security system brands and technologies
* Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Good communication and customer service skills
