Are you a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills?
We are seeking a Licensing Administrator to join the County Licensing Team at Nottinghamshire Police.
What You’ll Do
* Process licensing applications and maintain accurate electronic and paper records
* Update and manage the Innkeeper licensing system with applications and outcomes
* Conduct PNC and police intelligence checks on applicants
* Prepare documentation and paperwork for Local Authority and Magistrates’ Court hearings
* Type and produce correspondence, reports, objection and revocation notices
* Respond to enquiries from local authorities, courts, solicitors, applicants and officers
* Maintain secure and efficient filing systems in line with data protection requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems
* Experience of handling confidential information and maintaining accurate records
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong customer service focus and the ability to deal effectively with enquiries
