Your responsibilities will include: Leading a dynamic team of Business Managers, Operations Managers, Service Delivery Coordinators and Drivers. Driving business development, operational excellence, and superior service delivery across a diverse customer portfolio. Achieving key customer success metrics, including first-time collection rates and recovery collections. Maximising profitability while maintaining top-tier operational performance and safety standards.
