A private historic fifty acre estate of parks and gardens require a full time seasonal (maybe with progression to permanent) Gardener. To join our established team located near Evesham (WR11). The gardens at Rous Lench Court are diverse and exciting. They are maintained to the highest standard but we also look to the future for progression and development of areas. As part of the garden team you will be required to work well within this but also as a motivated individual where required. You need to be happy to use all petrol and hand held tools as and when required. Therefore due to the nature of the role you will need to be physically fit and have a very keen eye for detail. Horticultural knowledge would be a huge bonus and an eagerness to learn is important. There are a range of animals on site to help care for occasionally as well as two dogs – so you need to be very comfortable around animals.
