Sales Administrator

The Role
The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales function by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient handling of customer enquiries and orders. This role requires a highly organised individual who can track, upload, and follow up enquiries, accurately load orders, liaise with internal stakeholders regarding customer requirements, and support the resolution of customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Enquiry Management:
* Provide a high standard of customer service, acting as a key point of contact for customers.
* Receive, log, upload, and track customer enquiries accurately within internal systems.
* Follow up enquiries in a timely manner to support conversion to orders.
* Maintain clear, professional communication with customers via phone and email.
Order Processing and Administration:
* Accurately load customer orders onto the company ERP/MRP system.
* Ensure all order details, pricing, specifications, and delivery requirements are correct.
* Monitor order progress and provide updates to customers as required.
* Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and correspondence.
Internal Liaison and Coordination:
