We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our business and be part of our success.**About the opportunity:**We currently have an opportunity for a Project Quality Coordinator to join our Meadow Fresh Christchurch Site Quality Team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. As Quality Coordinator you will support the food safety, regulatory, compliance and product commercialization activities across the site throughout the execution of the site project plans.To make this happen, your responsibilities will include:* Coordinate the change management certification approvals and system upgrades for site projects* Provide support to the quality team's administration of site compliance including MPI validations, RMP amendments, Water Management Plan, HACCP system and Training SOP's* Lead all Project quality and compliance aspects for the site as well as acting as Point of Contact for all Quality queries* Conduct internal project audits, site and plant walks to ensure GMP standards are met**Note: This is a 32 hour per week, fixed term role for 12 months.****About You**To make this role a success we are looking for an experienced Quality or Compliance professional who has experience in and understanding of Food Safety and Quality, preferably from the Dairy industry.Some of the skillsets and experiences we would like to see, include:* Proven experience with the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality management systems* A demonstrated understanding of Food Safety and Quality Principles and an understanding of food production processes* Degree in Science, Food Technology or related field and Advanced HACCP* Experience working in the dairy industry would be advantageous, but not essentialAlong with competitive remuneration and flexible hours you will enjoy varied and interesting work as part of a high performing team ensuring the successful delivery of a quality food product to the region.At Goodman Fielder, we aim to be a destination employer in the food industry where we don't just offer jobs - we offer long term careers.At Goodman Fielder, we strongly believe in diversity and inclusion in everything we do.
