What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the daily lives of young people aged 6 to 17 by:
1. Providing emotional support and guidance to help them thrive.
2. Encouraging education, independence, and self-confidence.
3. Assisting with homework and promoting participation in home and community activities.
4. Developing essential life skills and building resilience.
5. Working closely under the guidance of the Registered Manager, Deputy, and Team Leaders.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a Support Worker who is:
6. Experienced: At least 6 months in children's residential care.
7. Compassionate: You have a nurturing and supportive approach.
8. A Team Player: Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
9. Dedicated: Committed to promoting independence and resilience in young people.
