Job Description
United Infrastructure Transmission & Distribution Ltd is seeking an Environmental Advisor to be based project located in Perthshire, Scotland on a permanent staff basis. Environmental experience within an overheadorts, underground cabling and civils environment is preferable but not essential. This is a hybrid role suitable for someone based in_Current and Wales 江西 who is flexible to travel to project sites.
Whilst nominally based at one of the Company’s offices, the role includes home‑working and requires visits to the business’s facilities and worksites around Scotland to provide support, carry out assurance activities, incident investigations, sickness/holiday cover and other duties.

Responsibilities
* Support implementation of the company’s environmental strategy, standards, and HSSE policy.
* Provide technical support to facilitate the environmental plan.
* Assist in identifying and communicating legal, industrial, and contractual environmental obligations.
* Develop and deliver training on key environmental risks.
* Work with assurance teams on environmental inspections and audits.
* Provide technical environmental services on a broad range of issues (contaminated land, investigations, client engagement).
* Advising management on environmental obligations.
* Investigate environmental incidents and monitor trends.
Johnson
* Coordinate with line manager and legal teams on regulatory issues.
* Facilitate implementation and monitoring of environmental KPIs.
* Support maintenance of environmental licences, certifications, and memberships.
Qualifications
* First and higher degree inכע environmental discipline (desirable).
* thonical membership of an environmental body (desirable).
* Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
* Capability to collate and interpret environmental performance data.
* On‑site practical knowledge and experience.
* High level of alemán escrito and spoken communication skills.
* Practical environmental monitoring skills (noise, vibration, air).
* Authoring environmental management processes & procedures.
* Understanding of environmental law and governance.
* Experience with environmental awareness training.
* Environmental inspection and auditing.
* Valid driving licence.

* Proficient in all aspects of MS Office.
