Job Title: Centre Manager
Location: Poole, Dorset (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
The Opportunity
A unique opportunity for a confident and experienced Centre Manager to take ownership of the daily operations at our professional business centre in Poole. As the face of the building, you’ll lead a small on-site team, support a wide range of clients, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
If you have a background in front-of-house, office or facilities management, and thrive in a people-focused, hands-on role, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative senior management team and truly make the role your own.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house
* Oversee building operations and supplier services
* Support clients with day-to-day needs and IT setup
* Lead a small on-site team to deliver excellent service
* Handle invoicing, renewals, and service improvements
* Organise networking events for tenants
* Collaborate with other centres across the region
