An established Glasgow-based organisation is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join its finance function. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work alongside a peer group of high-calibre part-qualified accountants, supporting financial and management accounting processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the role provides broad exposure across reporting, analysis, and business partnering, making it well suited to someone looking to build strong all-round finance experience. Role Summary: You will operate as part of a Finance team aligned to the organisation’s strategic objectives, supporting financial and management accounting activities in line with established processes, timetables, and policies. The role involves close collaboration with operational and commercial teams across the business.
