* Demonstrate excellent leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry.
* Deliver high customer satisfaction and effective management.
* Use an engaging, motivational coaching approach to team development and provide on-the-spot training.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards.
* Manage high sales turnover and KPIs.
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Be IT proficient and willing to learn in-house systems.
* Maintain good time management skills.
* Hold a current valid driving license.
