Reporting into the Associate Land Director, this Junior Land Manager will identify, evaluate and secure land opportunities that meet, or exceed, the business needs for the Region and Area. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identification of land opportunities, both on and off market, that fit the company’s requirements (as amended from time to time) * Assess potential land opportunities, including completion and/or assessment of appraisals to establish appropriate land values * Processing of opportunities to prepare for offers to be made in consultation with internal colleagues and external parties, where relevant * Maintain formal reporting procedures as required/directed within the business.
