We're Hiring: SITE ENGINEER – Luxury Interior Fit-Out (UAE)

ALEC FITOUT is hiring skilled Site Engineers to deliver luxury interior fit-out projects. If you are driven, experienced, and eager to take on the UAE’s major projects, this is your opportunity.
* This role will be based on ALEC FITOUT projects in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
* The position requires a six-day work week, which is mandatory for all site roles.
* Applicants must be eligible for a UAE work visa.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage site operations for interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
* Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
* Oversee quality control to ensure premium finishes and accurate execution of design elements.
* Maintain safety standards and a safe working environment on-site.
* Track project progress, resolve issues, and update management on key milestones.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in luxury fit-out projects
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, materials, and construction processes
* Leadership skills to manage teams and resources effectively
* Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills
