About the Role: As a SEN HLTA, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons and interventions across a range of subjects and key stages, under the guidance of teaching staff and the SENCO Provide targeted support to pupils with a variety of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning delays, and SEMH needs Support the assessment, planning, and delivery of individual education plans (IEPs), behaviour plans and EHCP targets Promote engagement, independence, and progress for pupils both in and out of the classroom Provide mentoring, training, and support to teaching assistants where appropriate Contribute to reviews and meetings for pupils with SEN, liaising with parents, external professionals, and the wider pastoral teamRequirements: To be considered for this role, candidates must: Hold HLTA status (achieved via a recognised UK HLTA preparation programme) or have an equivalent Level 4 (or above) qualification in education or child deve...
