This Position reports to:
Global Product Manager Director
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the marketing of ABB's Helita's Lightning protection technologies offerings to targeted market segments and manage the offerings throughout their lifecycle, in line with market needs and business line strategy and targets. Each day, you will be accountable for the long-term profitable growth of an offer. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting business results by overseeing each step involved in the offer lifecycle including development, launch, go-to-market, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
- Work model: #Hybrid
* Leading the market intelligence analysis and identifying potential gaps in the Helita's portfolio, with respect to the competition and new market opportunities.
* Owning technical and market specification for the offer and determining an offering business plan that supports sustainable growth while leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, and following-up on portfolio performance.
* Leading the offer lifecycle management process, analyzing current offers, defining, and tracking performance metrics, and making decisions on offer obsolescence and end-of life to ensure that current and future market requirements are met to maximize their profitability.
* Setting targets, monitoring offering costs and giving inputs to operations functions (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Production) to maximize competitiveness and profitability.
Qualifications for the Role
* You have 5 or more years of experience in electrical installation industry, preferably in the lightning and grounding field working as product manager, technical manager, service manager with Helita, Furse, Surge Protection Devices type products
* You are highly skilled in with Early Stream emissions Earthing and Lightning and grounding systems and the Industrial and Electrical installation market
* You are passionate about new product development and market expansion
* Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar in electrical installation areas
* You are at ease communicating in English and French
