We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join a site:based team in Bishop's Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a stable role with a structured 4 on, 4 off days shift pattern and a competitive salary package.
Role Details:
Location: Bishop's Stortford
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 offdays and nights
Shift Length: 12:hour shifts
Salary: GBP 38,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
: Carrying out planned preventative and reactive plumbing maintenance
: Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on a wide range of plumbing systems
: Installation, maintenance, and repair of pipework, valves, taps, and sanitary ware
: Working on hot and cold water systems, including pumps, expansion vessels, and calorifiers
: Identifying and repairing leaks, blockages, and pressure issues
: Carrying out minor installation and upgrade works as required
: Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and site procedures
: Completing job reports and maintaining accurate maintenance records
: Supporting other engineers and trades as part of a multi:skilled team
Requirements:
: Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
: Proven experience in a commercial or industrial environment
: Good knowledge of water systems and associated plant
: Ability to fault:find and resolve issues efficiently
: Ability to work both independently and within a team
: Strong problem:solving skills
: Flexibility to work a 4 on, 4 offdays and nights
