Pay Rate: Up to £30,641.52 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for its client in Central London.
Responsibilities
* Our client is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join a dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people in a residential home.
* As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll lead by example – supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest childcare standards.
* Salary up to £30,641.52 per annum
* Full-time, rotational shifts (average 168 hrs/month)

Qualifications & Experience
* Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent
* Not open to sponsorship
