About Our Client
My client, based in Wolverhampton, is looking for a Office Manager on a permanent basis.
Job Description
As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
3. Respond to, record, signpost or resolve all enquiries received
4. Oversee all administration, including liaising with stakeholders and awarding bodies
5. Manage workstreams and administrative projects: anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines by working fully independently. Projects could include producing reports, templates, policies (with guidance provided), social media content, education and training related.
6. Develop knowledge of key workstreams to enable you to become a subject matter authority to support colleagues
7. Invoicing, managing suppliers and basic accounts
8. Support the coordination of the diary and work activities of Board Directors and staff as required
9. Day-to-day running of the office including managing the on-site team members/ trainees and guests
10. Coordinate meetings and client events including ordering and set up of all logistics
11. Ensuring all Health & Safety measures are in place, reporting any issues to the relevant teams
12. Work towards continuous improvement, development, and delivery of services
The Successful Applicant
The successful Office Manager will have the following experience:
13. Have relevant Management experience in a similar role
14. Have strong communication skills, good written and spoken English
15. Maintain a professional, polite, and considerate manner at all times and act as a role model for the team
16. Be able to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
17. Be able to work Microsoft office including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
What's on Offer
As Office Manager, you will be entitled to the following:
18. £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
19. Permanent role
20. Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch.
21. Occasional (once a month) weekend attendance of customer/ training events
