We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Business Support & Development Officer to join our service. Middlesbrough Register Office and Coroners Service is committed to providing a quality service with a customer focus.
You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support, including responding to the public, processing the paperwork for birth, death, still birth and civil partnership registration, inquests and marriages, including assisting with ceremonies. Excellent interpersonal and IT skills are required with experience of working in a front line service.
This post involves working with the public at the happiest and saddest times in their lives and it requires a balance of professionalism and compassion.
You will be required to work on weekends and Bank Holidays as and when required.
This vacancy is part time 29.5 hours per week.
