We have 1 x 18.5 hours permanent post and casual vacancies for Support Workers who are innovative, enthusiastic, and have good communication skills to join our Learning Disability Provider Services teams at Short Term Breaks (Holicote).
Our service supports people to access their local community by providing personal and practical assistance to individuals with a variety of needs, including behavioral and complex physical needs. We prioritize finding candidates with the right attitude and behaviors, and we will provide training and shadowing opportunities during induction.

You can expect regular supervision, outstanding training, and development opportunities. The role involves varied duties and operates on a shift rota including weekends, Waking Night Support, sleep-ins, evenings/nights, and Bank Holidays.
