Role Details Reporting into the Head of Marketing, in a growing team of marketing professionals, the Marketing Events Manager will plan and organise a wide variety of events as part of Risilience's account-focused GTM plan, with the wider objective to enhance our brand visibility, increasing engagement, and drive business growth. In addition to the operational part of events, key to this role is to suggest content for event themes and topics by looking at industry trends, as well as securing speakers and panellists where needed. Main Duties Identify and suggest events to attend and organise with the aim to give the best exposure to the company, and generate the right quality leads, all to align with the ABM strategy in place. Oversee the planning and execution of corporate and industry events, conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer-facing experiences. Coordinate all event logistics including venue selection, vendor management, registration, and on-site execution. Manage Risilience’s annual conference, in collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team, with everything from setting the agenda, to the event running smoothly on the day. Provide compelling content for speakers, panel discussions and supporting slides where necessary. Help to drive registrations to our own events, working closely with the wider marketing team, as well as Sales. Manage the follow up process, ensuring all leads are marked correctly and uploaded into our CRM, including working closely with the BDR team on event follow up. Track progress and ROI on each event, working closely with Marketing Ops. Jointly with the HoM, Develop and manage the event marketing budget, ensuring all events are executed within the allocated financial framework. Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to maximize event impact while optimizing costs. Create and coordinate event-specific marketing materials, such as email invitations, promotional content, brochures, and signage. Any other reasonable duties from time to time that fulfil the role Essential Skills* At least three years' experience in planning and managing successful B2B events (offline and in-person) within the world of SaaS, ideally with an account-focused approach.
