Are you a commercially minded Management Accountant looking for a part time, varied, hands-on role within a fast-growing and dynamic business group? The Opportunity You’ll join a collaborative and supportive finance team, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in delivering accurate, insightful financial reporting across multiple entities. What You’ll Be Doing You will take ownership of the management accounting function, ensuring high-quality financial reporting and strong financial controls across the group. Your responsibilities will include: Producing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPI reporting Ensuring robust balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes Supporting budgeting and forecasting across multiple business streams Managing and forecasting cashflow to support strategic decision-making Overseeing VAT submissions, including sector-specific requirements Supervising purchase and sales ledger processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy Leading, mentoring, and developing a Finance Officer Providing insightful financial analysis and supporting senior leadership with ad-hoc projects Identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and strengthen financial controls Essential: ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified Strong experience in management accounting Experience working across multiple entities or business units Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A hands-on, team-oriented approach Desirable: Experience processing CIS payments Experience mentoring or supervising junior finance staff Exposure to multi-entity accounting environments Why Join?
