Job Details
We are recruiting for a Senior Agency Assistant to join our team in Redhill. In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to senior managers and departments across Travelers Europe. You will manage the application process for brokers seeking agency accounts with our UK and Ireland entities, ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll also maintain the agency landscape across all Travelers Europe entities, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Travelers Europe offers flexible hybrid working arrangements: three days in the office and two days remote, subject to policy changes.
Responsibilities
* Review broker applications for agency accounts, including due diligence and credit scores via external platforms
* Liaise with departments involved in the agency process
* Communicate with brokers at various application stages
* Manage Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs) and set up agency accounts
* Monitor brokers with agency accounts, respond to REG Network alerts
* Maintain broker records on internal systems like Salesforce
* Prepare quarterly reports for the Finance Committee
* Manage agency account terminations
* Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets
* Handle incoming calls, visitors, mail, and emails
* Maintain files, records, calendars, and diaries
* Use agency management software such as REG Networks
* Prepare and submit expense reports
* Contribute to administrative standards and policies

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Prior administrative experience
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred
* Basic knowledge of administrative support, preferably in Financial Services
* Familiarity with relevant principles and terminology
* Good understanding of standard situations in the field
* Interpersonal skills: tact, discretion, courtesy
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Conflict resolution skills
* Understanding of change management concepts
* Ability to handle confidential information
