Your new role
To lead the preparation of monthly consolidated financial reports and ensure accurate and timely group-level reporting. The role will be pivotal in supporting senior leadership with financial insights and maintainingpliance with internal and external reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce the monthly group reporting pack, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
2. Prepare consolidated accounts across multiple entities and currencies
3. Liaise with regional finance teams to ensure timely submission of financial data
4. Perform variance analysis and providementary for senior management
5. Support the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors
6. Ensurepliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and internal accounting policies
7. Assist with process improvements and automation within the reporting function
8. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by the CFO
What you'll need to succeed
9. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
10. Proven experience in group reporting and consolidation, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors
11. Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/UK GAAP)
12. Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems
13. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
14. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
15. Immediately Available and able to work on-site on The Isle of Wight
