* Assisting in leading and coaching the Events team to deliver exceptional service across 240 acres of parkland, including luxury food and beverage service in various settings.
* Supporting the smooth operation of departments to ensure the best guest experience.

* Coordinating and planning guest stays through interdepartmental communication to ensure memorable experiences.
* Maintaining effective communication across departments and the extended hotel team.
* Managing staff welfare, morale, performance reviews, and training as a senior team member.
