Role Overview
You will lead defined workstreams as part of the migration of Unit4 (Agresso/Business World) from on-premises (Azure) to a vendor SaaS platform. This critical replatforming project includes substantial integration work, and you will report directly to the Programme Manager while working alongside a collaborative PM team.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience managing SaaS migrations, both technical and functional workstreams.
* Strong knowledge of financial systems/ERP.
* Hands‑on experience with Unit4 Business World (Agresso) migrations to SaaS.
* Background in UK Higher Education and stakeholder governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical delivery of assigned Unit4 SaaS migration workstreams.
* Manage integrations with third‑party solutions such as GrantsNow and Flywire.
* Develop project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting.
* Engage stakeholders through workshops and decision‑making sessions.
* Mitigate risks and dependencies proactively.
* Ensure documentation and structured reporting for leadership and governance boards.
Contract Details
* Location: Hybrid – 2 to 3 days a week on campus in Yorkshire.
* Duration: 6 months.
* Start Date: January 2026.
* IR35: Outside.
