About the Role As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support with their learning, communication, and emotional development. You will help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment that allows every child to reach their potential. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Providing 1:1 or small group support Supporting pupils with learning activities and classroom routines Encouraging positive behaviour and social development Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning space Who We’re Looking For We welcome applications from individuals with a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
