Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Sheffield - 5 days a week
Salary: Competitive
6 months - FTC
Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a manufacturing company in Sheffield to recruit an Interim Head of Manufacturing Engineering on an initial 6m contract.
Key responsibilities include:
* Provide immediate leadership across teams
* Assess current capability, structure and technical performance
* Drive improvements in OEE, yield, scrap reduction and productivity
* Support NPI / industrialisation programmes
The Person
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on person who can inspire a team while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence and delivery.
* Proven Head of Manufacturing Engineering / Head of Engineering background
* Strong Lean / CI expertise (Six Sigma, TPM, etc.)
* Experience in a manufacturing environment
* Track record of turnaround / transformation
* Comfortable operating at board level
* Immediately available or short notice
