About the Role Join Digital Essentials as a Data Entry Support specialist and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. Key Objectives Accurately input, update, and maintain data within company databases and systems. Support various departments by managing data-related tasks to enhance workflow efficiency. Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain high data quality standards. Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve accuracy. Responsibilities Enter data from various sources into company databases with a high degree of accuracy. Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies and correct as needed. Maintain and update records regularly to ensure current and reliable information. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues. Follow company policies and data security protocols to protect sensitive information. Manage workload to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfortable using data management software. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus. Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in remote work settings.
