We are currently helping our key client Route 101 to hire a series of Project Managers to support their clients in the public sector. Route 101 works with top-tier partners like Zendesk, Amazon, NICE, and Calabrio to help businesses build seamless customer connections. In this role, you will work on the deployment of Cloud Contact Centre technology for Public Sector clients. It requires someone who can take ownership of full or partial project phases, ensuring milestones are met with precision. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive success in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Manage specific projects or workstreams within large-scale programmes, ensuring timely delivery to contracted terms
Project planning
Risk and issue management
What will help you be successful in this role:
Proven Project Management experience, ideally within technology delivery.
MS Project Experience is a must
Proven ability to lead project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
