About the job
We are recruiting a full-time Retail Assistant for our Cambridge store. We are looking for someone who is available 5 days on a rota of 7 days per week.
As a luxury retail assistant, you will join our team sharing a passion for Kiltane and striving to provide excellent customer service to all customers. Kiltane is also proud to be a living wage employer.
About you:
* Previous experience in a luxury retail environment (beneficial)
* Able to work well with others & approach others easily
* Dedication to provide high standard of customer service
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to prioritise and multitask well in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers & advising on our products
* Ensuring all goods are well presented
* Processing payments
* Checking off deliveries which arrive in store
* Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well
* Maintaining knowledge of our goods
