As a Regional Operations Director, your main focus will be to grow bookings and revenue in your region. You will be responsible for managing internal supplier relationships and oversee the management of your regional hub(s), with focus on increasing booking numbers and raising the brand profile amongst Driver Partners and passengers
RESPONSIBILITIES
* P&L performance of the local hubs and overall operating region
* Delivery of high levels of customer service
* Ensuring effective integration of acquisitions
* Supporting the regional and local Journey Booking Center operations
* Effective management of the passenger complaints process
* Manage the regional hire fleet ensuring high levels of utilization and efficient fleet maintenance
* Contribute to the development of the regional local marketing plan
LICENSING
* Work with the relevant Local Licensing Authorities as a key day-to-day contact
* Ensure the region operates to company standards on compliance policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory matters
* Develop ongoing relationships with district licensing officers
DRIVER PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
* Develop a business where Veezu is seen as market leaders within the region amongst driver partners, leading to increased loyalty and Driver Partner activity rates
* Be the main point of contact with Veezu Services Limited and manage the supplier relationship appropriately with timely reports on driver partner volumes and intelligence gathering
* Develop and improve the local brand(s) amongst driver partners to sustain and increase the volume of active Driver Partners
* Understand the local Driver Partner profile to ascertain the offering of the competition and continuously feed back internally to ensure appropriate offerings can be provided in the Region
* Be responsible for the relationship with VAL and the existing and future products available
* Be responsible for all feedback from and related to Driver Partners, ensuring, at all times, an appropriate and timely solution is applied having regard to regulatory and commercial matters including the Veezu Values
* Responsible for increasing brand reputation and exposure to attract Driver Partners to the operator brand
* You will identify additional product lines from a hyperlocal level that provide a different service, new service or better and improved service for Driver Partners and passengers
PEOPLE
* Responsible for managing Driver Partner Engagement Team
* Leading on driving excellent stakeholder service delivery by and to colleagues
* Leading on identifying training and development needs and opportunities
* Working alongside Veezu People Team to nurture and develop talent
